Shipping and Return Policy
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means, we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically check to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship the same business day your order was placed. We will send you tracking information, within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 24 hours of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) the moment they arrive. If you notice any damages to the package, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. In the unfortunate circumstance your item(s) arrives damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process a courier claim on your behalf. If the item cannot be used, please email Ikon Dental to obtain an RMA Number for the return.
Cancellations & Refunds
All orders placed, and then cancelled after the first hour of being logged into Your Account, will be issued a credit to their Ikon Dental account in the amount of the custom abutment, whether or not your order has shipped. In addition, if your order has shipped, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. This cancellation guideline is respectfully being utilized to allow Ikon Dental to consistently provide their clients with prompt service while practicing efficient time management when fulfilling on a request.
